01 / Fitment 101: Will HALODISC 2 Fit My Tesla?

HALODISC 2 was engineered with precision fitment in mind—for Model 3, Y, S, and X. But here’s what you need to know:

Check before you install. Once installed, we assume the fit is accepted. Installed parts showing use (scratches, latch marks, adhesive residue, etc.) can’t be returned unless defective.
Custom products like HALODISC 2 Custom Numbers are made-to-order—so double-check your wheel size and model before placing your order.

02 / Warranty Coverage: We’ve Got You (Mostly)

We stand behind our products. HALODISC includes a 6-month warranty against manufacturing or material defects.

Covered:

Factory defects, structural failures, delamination, size or printing issues.

Not Covered:

Damage from track use, improper install, impacts, high-pressure water jets, or exposure to chemicals.
Wear and tear (scratches, stains, slight fading).
Incorrect installations or third-party modifications.
Color fade within accepted tolerance (within 6 months).
Parts damaged from racing, off-roading, extreme weather, or force majeure events.

03 / How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Email us: support@haloblk.com

Attach proof: Photos of the issue + your order number (write it on paper in the image).

Wait for approval: We’ll review and provide a return label (if applicable).

Ship it back: Return the product within 3 business days of approval.

If it's our fault, we cover shipping.
If it's a preference change or your error, you pay shipping.

⚠️ International returns require you to cover all shipping, taxes, and duties.

04 / Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep It Clean, Keep It Strong

Think of HALODISC like a performance accessory—it works best when treated right.

DO:

Hand wash with pH-neutral cleaners.
Dry fully after rain, snow, or salt exposure.
Store indoors when not in use (for seasonal setups).

DON’T:

No automatic car washes!
Don’t use abrasive sponges, acidic or alkaline cleaners, or high-temp steam.
Avoid high-pressure sprays directly on the locking hub area.

05 / Track Days or High-Speed Use? Read This First

HALODISC 2 is designed for standard street driving—not racing or extreme use.

Speed Cap: Do not exceed 110 mph (177 km/h).
Track driving may void your warranty.
Covers may detach if subjected to sharp curb impacts or aggressive force—this is by design to protect your wheel and structure.

Think of HALODISC as your range-extending, style-enhancing daily driver—not your track-day mod.

06 / Scuffs, Curbs & Impact Protection: What to Expect

While HALODISC 2 adds a layer of protection against light curb rash, it’s not bulletproof.

Small bumps? No problem.
Full-speed curb collisions or deep scratches? Likely beyond the cover’s protective limits.

Our advice? Drive like your wheels are custom—and avoid tight corner scraping when possible.

07 / Shipping, Customs & Misdeliveries

If you’re outside the US or entering international shipping details, note:

Check your address and contact info twice—errors may result in delivery failure.
If customs can’t reach you and the package gets returned or destroyed, we can’t refund.
HALOBLK is not liable for loss/damage due to incorrect contact, failed clearance, or force majeure events (disasters, wars, etc.)
