Tesla Wheel Cover Fitment Guide: Which HALODISC 2 Fits My Tesla?

HALODISC 2 wheel covers are available for selected Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X factory wheel configurations.

To find the correct set, you need to confirm four details:

01Your Tesla model
02Your vehicle generation
03Your factory wheel size
04Your factory wheel design
Important: Do not choose a wheel cover using tire size or model year alone. Tesla vehicles with the same wheel diameter can use different wheel shapes, mounting profiles and factory wheel designs.
Quick Fitment Answer

Quick Fitment Answer

HALODISC 2 currently provides selectable fitment options for:

  • Tesla Model 3
  • Tesla Model 3 Highland
  • Tesla Model Y
  • Tesla Model Y Juniper
  • Tesla Model S
  • Tesla Model X
  • Selected 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch and 21-inch wheels

After you select your Tesla model on a HALODISC 2 product page, only compatible wheel-size options should be displayed.

Important Current Exclusions

HALODISC 2 is currently listed as not compatible with:

  • 2026 Tesla Model 3 Standard with 18-inch Prismata wheels
  • 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper Standard with 18-inch Aperture wheels

Do not order for one of these configurations unless the individual product page has been updated to specifically confirm compatibility.

Find Your HALODISC 2 Fitment

Find Your HALODISC 2 Fitment

Step 1: Choose Your Tesla Model

Select your vehicle:

Model 3
Model 3 Highland
Model Y
Model Y Juniper
Model S
Model X

Not Sure Which Generation You Have?

Use these general guidelines:

Vehicle selection Choose this option when
Model 3 Your vehicle is the original Model 3 design, generally produced before the Highland refresh
Model 3 Highland Your vehicle has the refreshed Model 3 exterior and interior design
Model Y Your vehicle is the original Model Y design
Model Y Juniper Your vehicle is the refreshed Model Y Juniper
Model S Your vehicle is a Tesla Model S
Model X Your vehicle is a Tesla Model X

Your registration year can help identify the vehicle, but it is not always enough. Production timing, delivery location and trim availability can overlap. When uncertain, compare your vehicle with the product-page photos or send HALOBLK a photo before ordering.

Step 2: Find Your Wheel Size

The easiest way to confirm your wheel size is to look at the writing on the side of your tire.

You may see a tire size such as:

255/45 R19

The number after the letter R is the wheel diameter.

  • R18 means an 18-inch wheel
  • R19 means a 19-inch wheel
  • R20 means a 20-inch wheel
  • R21 means a 21-inch wheel
  • R22 means a 22-inch wheel

Check both the front and rear tires, especially on performance, Plaid or staggered-wheel configurations. Some Tesla models use different front and rear tire widths even when the wheel diameter is the same.

Wheel Size Is Not Enough

Two Tesla wheels can both be 19 inches but use different:

  • Spoke shapes
  • Center structures
  • Rim profiles
  • Attachment points
  • Factory wheel covers
  • Front and rear offsets

Always confirm the factory wheel design as well as the diameter.

Step 3: Identify Your Factory Tesla Wheel

Remove any removable factory aero cover if necessary and compare the alloy wheel underneath with the product-page fitment image.

Look for:

  • Number and shape of the spokes
  • Whether the spokes are straight, curved or split
  • Shape of the center hub
  • Existing factory aero cover
  • Wheel finish
  • Front and rear wheel differences
  • Factory wheel name, when known

Examples of Tesla factory wheel names include Aero, Gemini, Induction, Crossflow, Helix 2.0, Tempest, Slipstream, Arachnid, Cyberstream and Turbine.

Do not assume that a HALODISC 2 set will fit another wheel simply because the diameter is the same.

Tesla Model 3 Wheel Cover Fitment

Tesla configuration Common wheel setup HALODISC 2 guidance
Original Model 3 18-inch factory wheels Select Model 3 and 18-inch on the product page. Compare the underlying alloy wheel with the fitment photo.
Original Model 3 19-inch factory wheels Select Model 3 and 19-inch. Confirm the factory wheel shape before ordering.
Original Model 3 Performance 20-inch factory wheels Select Model 3 and 20-inch only when that option is available for the chosen HALODISC 2 design.
Model 3 Highland Selected factory wheels Select Model 3 Highland, not Model 3. Then choose the compatible wheel size shown on the product page.
2026 Model 3 Standard 18-inch Prismata Not currently compatible.

HALOBLK separates the original Model 3 and Model 3 Highland in its product selector. Owners should select the correct generation rather than relying only on wheel diameter.

2026 Model Y Juniper Standard 18-inch Aperture wheels Not currently compatible.

Original Model Y accessories should not automatically be assumed to fit the refreshed Model Y Juniper. Haloblk’s current Model Y guidance tells customers to confirm the model year, original-versus-Juniper generation and individual product compatibility before ordering.

Recommended Model Y Result Message

Your vehicle: Tesla Model Y Juniper

Your wheel: 19-inch Crossflow

Fitment result: Compatible options are available. Select “Model Y Juniper” and “19-inch” on the chosen HALODISC 2 product page.

Tesla Model S Wheel Cover Fitment

HALOBLK currently lists Model S applications for factory wheel families including Tempest, Slipstream and Arachnid wheels.

Model S Tempest wheels Select Model S and the exact wheel diameter offered on the product page.
Model S Slipstream wheels Confirm the wheel diameter and compare the factory wheel with the product fitment image.
Model S Arachnid wheels Confirm the exact Arachnid generation and wheel size before ordering.
Model S with aftermarket wheels Any size Do not assume compatibility. Contact HALOBLK with a wheel photo and specifications.

Model S wheel designs have changed across vehicle generations. “Model S” and “21-inch” alone are not sufficient fitment details.

Recommended Model S Result Message

Your vehicle: Tesla Model S

Your wheel: 19-inch factory wheel

Next step: Select Model S and 19-inch. Confirm that the Tempest, Slipstream or other displayed factory wheel image matches your vehicle.

Tesla Model X Wheel Cover Fitment

HALOBLK’s current Model X collection identifies dedicated applications for:

  • 20-inch Cyberstream or staggered factory wheels
  • 22-inch Turbine factory wheels

The Model X collection advises buyers to choose the appropriate dedicated kit.

However, some general HALODISC 2 product headings currently describe the product range as fitting 18-inch through 21-inch wheels. Therefore, 22-inch Model X owners should order only when a dedicated 22-inch Model X option is visibly available on the selected product page.

Tesla configuration Factory wheel setup HALODISC 2 guidance
Model X Long Range or Plaid 20-inch Cyberstream or staggered wheels Select Model X and the dedicated 20-inch option. Confirm whether the front and rear kit is designed for the staggered setup.
Model X with optional wheel package 22-inch Turbine wheels Order only when the dedicated Model X 22-inch option is displayed. Otherwise contact support before purchasing.
Model X with aftermarket wheels Any diameter Fitment requires individual verification.

Recommended Model X Result Message

Your vehicle: Tesla Model X

Your wheel: 22-inch Turbine

Fitment result: Manual confirmation required. Send HALOBLK photos of the front and rear wheels before ordering unless the selected product page shows a dedicated 22-inch Model X kit.

Which HALODISC 2 Style Should I Choose?

After confirming your model and wheel fitment, choose the design that best matches your Tesla.

How to Photograph Your Wheel for Fitment Help

Take the photos outdoors or in a well-lit garage.

Please provide:

Photo 1: Full Side ViewPhotograph the entire wheel straight on. Avoid taking the image from an angle.
Photo 2: Center HubTake a close photo of the center area, lug nuts and center cap.
Photo 3: Tire SidewallMake sure the complete tire size is readable, such as 255/45 R19.
Photo 4: Rear WheelTake a separate photograph of the rear wheel, especially on Performance, Plaid or staggered setups.
Photo 5: Existing Factory Cover RemovedWhen safe and practical, remove the existing Tesla aero cover and photograph the alloy wheel underneath.

Before You Install Your HALODISC 2 Wheel Covers

Complete these checks before attaching the first cover:

  • Confirm the model printed on the order
  • Confirm the selected vehicle generation
  • Confirm the wheel diameter
  • Compare the cover with the correct front or rear wheel
  • Make sure all parts and installation accessories are present
  • Read the complete installation instructions
  • Check the cover for shipping damage
  • Test one wheel carefully before installing the full set
  • Do not force a cover that does not align correctly
  • Contact support immediately if the fit appears incorrect

Installation should never require cutting, drilling or permanent modification to a compatible factory wheel.

HALODISC 2 uses a model-specific installation and center-lock system. On applications that replace an original Tesla aero cover, remove the factory cover before installing HALODISC 2.

Fitment and Use Limitations

HALODISC 2 is designed for normal street driving.

The current product-use disclaimer states that HALODISC 2 is not intended for racing, track driving or use above 110 mph or 177 km/h. Improper installation or use outside the intended conditions may result in damage or detachment.

HALODISC 2 can add a layer of protection against minor scrapes and curb contact, but it cannot guarantee protection against severe impacts.

For cleaning, hand washing is recommended. HALOBLK’s Model X guidance currently warns against automatic car washes because brushes, pressure equipment or conveyor tracks may scratch or dislodge the covers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which HALODISC 2 fits my Tesla?
Confirm your Tesla model, vehicle generation, wheel diameter and factory wheel design. Select the correct model on the product page and use only the wheel sizes displayed for that model.
Where can I find my Tesla wheel size?
Look at the tire sidewall. In a tire size such as 255/45 R19, the “19” after the letter R means the vehicle has a 19-inch wheel.
Will any 19-inch HALODISC 2 fit any 19-inch Tesla wheel?
No. Wheel diameter is only one part of fitment. Different Tesla models and generations can use different wheel shapes, attachment structures and offsets.
Is Model 3 Highland fitment different from the original Model 3?
Yes. Select Model 3 Highland when you own the refreshed vehicle. Do not order an original Model 3 application unless the product page specifically confirms cross-compatibility.
Is Model Y Juniper fitment different from the original Model Y?
Yes. Original Model Y and Model Y Juniper should be treated as separate fitment categories. Select the correct vehicle generation before choosing the wheel size.
Do HALODISC 2 wheel covers fit the 2026 Model Y Juniper Standard?
The current product listing excludes the 2026 Model Y Juniper Standard with 18-inch Aperture wheels. It also excludes Model Y Juniper 21-inch Arachnid 2.0 wheels.
Do HALODISC 2 wheel covers fit the 2026 Model 3 Standard?
The current product listing excludes the 2026 Model 3 Standard with 18-inch Prismata wheels.
Can I install HALODISC 2 on aftermarket wheels?
Do not assume compatibility with aftermarket wheels. Send HALOBLK the wheel brand, model, size, offset and clear photos for individual verification.
What if my front and rear wheels are different?
Your Tesla may use a staggered configuration. Check both tire sidewalls and send photographs of both wheels. Order only a kit specifically designed for that front-and-rear combination.
Do I need to remove the original Tesla wheel cover?
For applications fitted with a removable factory aero cover, the original cover normally needs to be removed before HALODISC 2 is installed. Follow the instructions supplied with your specific kit.
What should I do if the HALODISC 2 does not align correctly?
Stop the installation. Do not bend, cut or force the cover into place. Recheck your order details and contact HALOBLK with photos of the wheel, product label and installation position.
Can I return a HALODISC 2 set after testing the fit?
Check the current return and warranty conditions before installation. Keep the packaging, installation parts and product in unused condition until you have verified the model, wheel size and wheel design.
Can I use HALODISC 2 in an automatic car wash?
Hand washing is recommended. Automatic car-wash brushes, high-pressure equipment and conveyor tracks may scratch or dislodge externally mounted wheel covers.
